Communication has always been the forefront of positive and negative results in business. As many managers try to find the appropriate output to communicate changes, we lack the knowledge of change will affect everyone around us. We look to find the best avenue, however knowing the best avenue does not illuminate that it will be well received. I find that Sherri’s communication about results is always necesary. We forget that as an employee or manager, we need to have positive results presented back to us. We need to make sure that everyone we are in contact with understands how important each one is. Illuminating this posittive aspect in hopes that we find our what challenges we are to face and those that we may be able to avoid.

    Thank you Sherri.
