		<description>Yes, it&#039;s the Golden Rule again. Thanks for the reminder to take time to really get to know one another. I like the social networks because I can easily see all the connections and keep people in mind. Just need to keep reminding myself to go out and talk to real live people. And when I do, it&#039;s a really a lot of fun, as well as being mutually beneficial.</description>

		<description>Asking good questions, and listening well for the answers seems like something we should all know how to do. But when we have our own concerns and are working hard at trying to find a job, asking and listening can be tough. It&#039;s hard to change the perspective that it isn&#039;t all about me, and to become engage into what the other person finds important. Great advice, and something I can always see to keep in mind.</description>
