Thanks for the reminder to take time to really get to know one another. I like the social networks because I can easily see all the connections and keep people in mind. But when we have our own concerns and are working hard at trying to find a job, asking and listening can be tough. It's hard to change the perspective that it isn't all about me, and to become engage into what the other person finds important. Great advice, and something I can always see to keep in mind.
